Trademarks and brand features
Dibs, UnliDibs, Dibby, the Dibs name and logo treatment, and related product names, slogans, and brand features are trademarks or brand assets of RP Innotech, Inc. Use of a name in these policies does not grant a trademark license or imply endorsement.
Apple, App Store, iPhone, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatible services and does not imply sponsorship beyond the applicable platform relationship.
Member content
Members retain ownership of their listing photos, descriptions, messages, and other original content, subject to the limited operating license in the Terms of Service. Do not post content you do not own or have permission to use.
Intellectual-property reports
Send a clear notice to hello@rpinnotech.com identifying the protected work, the Dibs content or listing at issue, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the report is accurate. Do not include unnecessary identity documents or confidential information.
We may remove or restrict content while evaluating a good-faith report and may notify the affected member. Filing a knowingly false report may cause harm and may violate law.
Permission requests
For permission to use Dibs brand assets or copyrighted material, contact hello@rpinnotech.com before use. Permission is valid only when granted in writing by an authorized RP Innotech, Inc. representative.
