1. What UnliDibs provides
UnliDibs is an optional auto-renewing membership that may unlock claiming capabilities and other features shown in the app. Giving away an item does not require payment. Membership does not guarantee that an item remains available, that a claim succeeds, or that a handoff occurs.
Dibs may offer monthly and annual plans. Available plans, current localized price, included taxes, trial or introductory eligibility, and included features appear on the App Store purchase screen before confirmation.
2. Purchase and account mapping
Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple and are also reconciled to the signed-in Dibs account. Sign in to the Dibs account you intend to use before purchasing. Do not share a Dibs account or attempt to transfer, forge, or self-grant an entitlement.
A purchase may remain pending while Apple verifies payment. Access begins only after Dibs receives and validates authoritative entitlement information. Network delay or an App Store account mismatch can delay recognition without changing Apple’s transaction record.
3. Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews for the selected period unless you cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple’s current billing rules. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple ID and may notify you of price changes requiring consent.
Billing retry or a grace period may temporarily affect access. Dibs uses the effective entitlement supplied through App Store billing records; a local screen or cached status does not create an entitlement.
4. Cancellation and account deletion
Cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally keeps access until the paid period ends. Removing the app or deleting your Dibs account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Before deleting your Dibs account, cancel any subscription you no longer want. After deletion, purchase restoration may not be able to reconnect historical entitlement to the deleted account.
5. Restore purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Dibs while signed in. Restoration asks Apple for purchases associated with the current App Store account and reconciles eligible entitlements to the signed-in Dibs account. It does not create a new charge.
Restoration may be declined or require support when the purchase is already associated with another Dibs account, the App Store account differs, Apple cannot validate the receipt, or the entitlement was refunded, revoked, transferred, or expired.
6. Refunds, revocation, and family sharing
Apple controls iOS refund decisions. Request a refund through Apple. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, Dibs may end the related entitlement immediately or on the effective date Apple provides.
Family Sharing applies only when explicitly enabled for a product in App Store Connect and supported by Dibs account mapping. Do not assume a subscription is shareable unless the purchase screen states that it is.
7. Product changes and support
We may change future plan pricing or features with notice required by Apple and applicable law. A material reduction does not override rights that apply during an already-paid period.
For entitlement help, use Restore Purchases first, then contact hello@rpinnotech.com with your Dibs user ID and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card information, passwords, or Apple credentials.
